Returns & Exchanges

At LOT#29, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your LOT#29 account and select the order you wish to return, or use our guest portal with your order number and email address.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip provided during the online request process.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
